Usage:
heat 285 g of water (to about 45°C). Pour in the mixture in parts, whisking, and heat until boiling, without stopping stirring. Add 750 g fruit pulp of your choice and beat.
Cover with cling film and let cool completely in the refrigerator. Then place it in the freezer for about 1 hour 30 minutes, whisking the mixture every 15 minutes. If you have an ice cream maker, you can use it.
