Place it in a container and add the flavoring of your choice (approx. 165 g for praline or chocolate, 25 g for aromatic extract, 90 g for pure dried fruit paste, 2 vanilla pods for vanilla ice cream).Cover with cling film and let cool completely in the refrigerator.
