A linen dough cloth is ideal for proofing a baguette or floor loaf. By allowing these sturdy loaves to rise in a dough cloth, the loaves retain their shape. In addition, you prevent the loaves from drying out during the rising process if you let them rise in a dough cloth. You can easily let several loaves of bread rise next to each other in a dough cloth, because thanks to the material of the cloth, the loaves will not stick together.
This dough cloth is made of 100% natural linen. Washing this cloth is not recommended, dry after use and brush regularly.
Usage:
- Lightly dust the dough sheet with flour.
- Place the loaves on one section of the rug.
- Place the other part of the cloth over the loaves.
- After the proofing process, pat the cloth thoroughly and let it dry thoroughly.
- Then put the rug away.
