The FunCakes Special Edition Mix for Crème Suisse is a rich Swiss cream that you can use for filling pies, cakes, cream puffs, bread pudding and much more. The rich cream is also known as a mixture between crème patisserie and whipped cream. The cream is easy to prepare, add the water to the mixture and mix for 5 minutes on high speed. The Crème Suisse is not suitable for covering a cake, but can be used as a filling. The FunCakes Special Edition mixes are a range of new and seasonal baking mixes with a temporary character.
Preparation:
Mix 250 g mix and 550 ml water for 5 minutes at high speed. Let the cream set for a while before using. Can be used as a filling for pies, cream puffs and bread pudding.
