Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix with a flat/flex beater 400g of mix, 160 ml water and 180 ml (160 g) vegetable oil for 3 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter. Grease a baking pan of approx. 25 cm (10”) long or a round baking pan of approx. Ø 20 cm (8”). Scoop the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50-55 minutes until golden. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
