The Callebaut chocolate callets white are made of the finest Belgians chocolate and have a delicious creamy flavour. You can easily melt the callets, this makes them perfect for making chocolates, but also for decorating cupcakes and much more.
Ingredients:
sugar, cocoa butter, milkpowder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavour, emulsifier (E322) (soy). For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
Due to different temperatures, the callets may melt in transit. They still can be used but they may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the callets.
