Recipe for 1 Hazelnut cake of Ø18-20cm
Supplies:
-400g BrandNewCake Hazelnut Cake Mix
-150g soft butter*
-150g eggs (approx. 3 pieces)
Kitchen utensils: hand mixer, bowl and a baking tin of approximately Ø18-20 cm.
*Do you want a lactose-free recipe? Then add 120g seed oil instead of butter.
Preparation method:
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C) and grease the baking tin.
2. Put the mix into a bowl and add the softened butter and eggs.
3. Blend the mixture on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.
5. Bake for 50 minutes.
