Recipe for 1 High Fiber Bread
Supplies:
-400g BrandNewCake High Fiber Bread Mix
-340ml warm water
-8ml olive oil (extra virgin)
Kitchen utensils: food processor with dough hook, bowl and a baking tray with baking paper.
Preparation method:
1. Put the mix into a bowl and add the water and olive oil.
2. Blend the mixture on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
3. Lubricate your hands with oil and place the dough in a well-oiled bowl to rise until it doubles in volume.
4. Next, dust the counter with flour and knead the dough with your hands, dividing the dough into smaller portions if desired.
5. Place the bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let it rise again.
6. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190°C
7. Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes until brown.
