Preparation method Strawberry Chocolate Cake
For 1 Large Cake. (Round cake pan 20cm)
- 480 grams Bake Delicious Strawberry Chocolate
- 200 grams soft butter
- 200 grams of egg (about 4 pieces)
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees.
Put the soft butter in a bowl and mix with the butterfly for 2 minutes until you get a light, creamy mass. First add the Bake Delicious Strawberry Chocolate cake mix and then the eggs. Set the mixer to speed 1 and mix all ingredients. Then turn the mixer to the highest setting and beat it for 5 minutes until smooth. Fill a lightly greased cake tin 2/3 full with the batter. Bake the cake in the oven at 140 degrees for 50-65 minutes. (convection oven 135 degrees) Check with a skewer if the cake is dry, or use a special baking thermometer.
