Make delicious speculaasje or gingerbread cookies with the mix of Bake Delicious!
Preparation method:
- 250 grams of Speculaas biscuit mix, 100 grams of butter in cubes, 20 grams of egg
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and rub with your hands to form a cohesive dough. Let the dough set for 1 hour in the fridge. Then roll/press the dough into the floured board. Then release the cake from the board on a baking tray with baking paper. Brush the cakes with the remaining egg. bake them in a preheated oven at 170øC (convection oven 160øC) for about 12 - 15 minutes until light brown. Let the cookies cool.
