Preparation method Orange Rosemary Cake For 1 Large Cake
500 grams Bake Delicious Orange Rosemary
250 grams soft butter
250 grams of egg (about 5 pieces)
- Preheat the oven to 140 degrees.
- Put the soft butter in a bowl and mix with the butterfly in 2 minutes until you get a light, creamy mass. First add the Bake Delicious Orange Rosemary and then the eggs. Set the mixer to speed 1 and mix all ingredients. Then set the mixer to the highest setting and beat it for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Fill a lightly greased cake tin 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake the cake in the oven at 140 degrees for 50-65 minutes. (convection oven 135 degrees)
- Check with a skewer if the cake is dry, or use a special baking thermometer.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Invert the cake onto a wire rack and remove the cake tin. Let the cake cool under a tea towel.
