Preparation method Red Velvet Cake:

For 1 Large Cake. (Round cake pan 20cm)
500gram Bake Delicious Red Velvet
250 grams soft butter
250 grams of egg (about 5 pieces)

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Put the soft butter in a bowl and mix with the butterfly in 2 minutes until a light, creamy mass. First add the Bake Delicious Red Velvet cake mix and then the eggs. Set the mixer to speed 1 and mix all ingredients. Then set the mixer to the highest setting and beat it for 5 minutes until smooth. Fill a lightly greased cake tin 2/3 full with the batter. Bake the cake in the oven at 150 degrees for 55-65 minutes. (convection oven 140 degrees) Check with a skewer if the cake is dry, or use a special baking thermometer. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Invert the cake onto a wire rack and remove the cake tin. Let the cake cool under a tea towel.
