Bake about 28 cupcakes with this delicious cupcake mix from Bake Delicious.
Ingredients:
Sugar, WHEAT flour, Glucose syrup (dried), Waxy corn starch, Pregelatinized WHEAT flour, Raising agent: E450i, Emulsifier: E475, E433, WHEAT starch, Raising agent: E500, Baking salt, Vegetable oil (rapeseed), Thickener: E415, Flavour.
Recipe:(For about 28 cupcakes)
500 grams Bake Delicious cupcake mix
250 grams soft butter
250 grams egg (about 5 eggs)
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Put the soft butter in a bowl and mix with the butterfly in 4 minutes until a light, creamy mass.
- First add the Bake Delicious cupcake mix and then the eggs.
- Set the mixer to speed 1 and mix all ingredients. Then turn the mixer to the highest setting and beat it for 5 minutes until smooth. Fill the baking molds to 2/3 (25 to 35 grams each) with the batter. Bake the cupcakes in the oven at 140 degrees for 24-26 minutes. (convection oven 135 degrees)
