Bake delicious gingerbread cookies or build a gingerbread house with this tasty mix from Bake Delicious.
Preparation method:
- 450 grams Gingerbread cookie mix,
- 200 grams of butter in cubes,
- 36 grams beaten egg
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and rub with your hands to form a cohesive dough. Let the dough set for 1 hour in the fridge. Then roll out the dough on a floured work surface to approx. 0.5 cm thick. Cut out the cookies and bake them in a preheated oven at 170øC (convection oven 160øC) for about 15 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool down and assemble the house with Royal icing
