Preparation method
200 grams Bake Delicious Churros mix
145 grams of water
100 Grams Egg

Place the Bake Delicious Churros Mix, egg and water in a bowl.
Mix this with a spatula in less than 1 minute to a sticky dough.
Place the dough in a sturdy piping bag with a 0.6mm to 10mm serrated syringe.

Baking:
Heat a layer of 4 to 6 cm peanut oil or sunflower oil in a pan to 190 degrees or use an electric deep fryer.

Pipe the dough from the piping bag directly into the hot oil.
Turn the churros after about 2.5 minutes.
Bake the churros for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
