Make a delicious butter cake with this butter cake mix from Bake Delicious.
Preparation method butter cake:
for 1 Butter cake in a mold of 20 cm (2.5 cm deep)
- 500 grams Bake Delicious butter cake mix mix
- 250 grams of butter
- 20 grams egg (save the rest for leveling)
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix into a cohesive dough. Put the dough in the butter cake tin. Flatten the dough with wet hands or the back of a wet spoon. Brush the dough with the remaining beaten egg. Cut a checkered pattern into the dough with a fork.
- Bake the butter cake for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 degrees (convection oven 170 degrees) until the top is nicely browned. The butter cake will not seem cooked yet, but this will be fine as it cools. Let the butter cake cool for at least 6 hours. The butter cake is at its best the day after baking.
