Make a delicious fluffy Bundt Cake with the Bundt Cake mix from Bake delicious! With the mix you can make a large bundt cake or 1 large regular cake (contents of the baking pan 2.4L)
Ingredients:
Sugar, wheat flour, glucose syrup (dried), corn starch, wheat flour, raising agent E450i, emulsifier E475, E433, wheat starch, raising agent E500, baker's salt, vegetable oil (rapeseed), thickener E415, flavouring.
Preparation method Bundt
For 1 baking tin or cake tin with a volume of 2.4 liters.
450 grams Bake Delicious bundt mix
250 grams soft butter
250 grams of egg (about 5 pieces)
- Preheat the oven to 140 degrees.
- Place the softened butter in a bowl and mix with the butterfly for 3 minutes to a light and creamy mass. First add the Bake Delicious bundtmix and then the eggs. Set the mixer to speed 1 and mix all ingredients. Then set the mixer to the highest setting and beat it for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Fill the lightly greased Bundtpan 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake the Bundt in the oven at 140 degrees for 50-55 minutes. (convection oven 135 degrees)
- Check with a skewer if the cake is dry, or use a special baking thermometer.
- Remove the Bundtpan from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Invert the Bundt onto a wire rack and remove the Bundtpan. Let the Bundt cool under a tea towel.
