Make delicious Bavaroise with blood orange flavor with this bavaroise baking mix from Bake Delicous
Preparation method:
- 50 grams of Bake Delicious Bavaroise powder
- 62 grams of water
- 250 grams unsweetened whipped cream
- Mix the powder and water (20 degrees C) and let it stand for 10 minutes. Half-whip the whipped cream and fold in the powder/water mixture. The Bavaroise is ready to use.
