The FunCakes Ready To Use Ganache has a white chocolate flavour. It can be used to cover a cake, fill a cake and for decoration toppings. Also great as a chocolate filling, flavour in ice cream or bavarois. Easy to use. The ganache stiffens in the refrigerator.
To cover a cake and fill (2 layers) of 20 cm cake or cover and fill (1 layer) of 25 cm cake. Enough for 20 - 25 swirls on a cupcake .
- For chocolate filling: mix the product with a mixer to get the ganache light, airy and suitable for piping.
- For covering and piping: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340W or warm au bain marie to get the right consistency.
- For a buttercream or soft chocolate/cake filling: mix 150g softened butter with the product for 5 minutes on high speed.
- The package contains the following languages: Dutch, English, German and French.
- Content: 260 gram.
- Store cool and dry, maximum 25 degrees.
Preparation:
Heat on 340 W in the microwave for approx. 1 minute.
